Tasneem (تسنيم)
Tasneem is a noble Arabic name mentioned explicitly in the Qur’an, derived from the root س ن م (sa–na–ma), which conveys the meaning of height, elevation, and rising above. Linguistically, Tasneem refers to something that flows from a high source, symbolizing purity and exalted origin.
In Surah Al-Mutaffifin (83:27–28), Tasneem is described as a pure spring in Paradise, from which those brought near to Allah (al-muqarraboon) drink.
