Return / Exchange Policy for Damaged Product
Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used unless the product is defective. We can accept returns for damaged or defective goods, these returns must be dispatched within 2-days of your receipt of the product. If you feel you have received a defective product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions.
Return for Remorses
We have a 5-day “remorse returns” policy, where customers of our online store can return any item to us in its original unused condition for a refund, within 5 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original packaging, free of any damage, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo to illustrate the issue to receive a replacement. Please note that you will get a refund for your order for remorse returns, but you will be liable for all to and fro shipping expenses.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Refund of Returned items
Once the item is received we will process the return/exchange. We do not issue return postage or labels; it is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of the unwanted product(s) or damaged product(s). You may use the carrier of your choice, but we strongly recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery. Please retain the tracking number for your records. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
Refund Before We Dispatch the Item
The customers will get a full refund if they claim it before the item is dispatched or processed from our side. Sometimes a nominal processing fee or tax would be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-returnable items include items damaged through customer mishandling.
