• Step 1: Click the Download button on the website.
• Step 2: A new window will open, prompting you to confirm that you want to make a copy of the file to your Google Drive.
• Step 3: If you’re not already logged into your Google account, you’ll be redirected to the login screen. Enter your Google credentials to continue.
• Step 4: After confirming, the file will automatically be copied to your My Drive folder in Google Drive.
• Step 5: Move this file to the folder where are the images located. (move the file into the folder)

   Welcome to the Passport Size Image PDF Generator! This Google Sheet allows you to easily create a PDF document containing passport-size images of any images present in the folder . Follow the simple steps below to generate your PDF:

   How to Use the Function

   1. Input Parameters:
      • B3: Enter the sequence number of the first image you want to include in the PDF.
      • B4: Enter the sequence number of the last image to include.
      • B5: Specify the name of the output PDF file. This will be the name used for your generated PDF.
      • E3: Set the width (in inches) for each passport-size image.
      • E4: Set the height (in inches) for each passport-size image.
      • E6: Choose whether to include the image names below each image:
        • Enter “Yes” to print the image names.
        • Enter “No” to omit the names.
   2. Add Images: Make sure your passport-size images are saved in the same Google Drive folder as this sheet. The function will automatically pull in the specified range of images based on the sequence numbers you provided.
   3. Generate PDF:
      • After entering all the required information, go to the custom menu in the Google Sheets toolbar.
      • Click on Generate PP-Size Images PDF.
      • The script will run, creating a beautifully formatted PDF containing the selected images.

   Important Notes

   • Ensure that the image sequence numbers (B3 and B4) are valid and correspond to the images in your folder.
   • Check that your specified dimensions (E3 and E4) are appropriate for passport-size images.
   • Review the output PDF file name (B5) to ensure it’s unique and relevant.

   Output

   Once the PDF is generated, it will be saved in the same folder as the Google Sheet, ready for you to download and print.
